I was expressing the actual emotions of that state of being….I am an optimist, so I am always swimming. We are responsible for the transformation of the world by improving our lifestyles. Pain is something we will encounter but we don’t have to allow it to keep us stagnated from experiencing more pleasure. Heaven is in our hearts; our hearts need to become our reality!!!!
